The safari starts with a drive though the picturesque countryside, with a visit to the village of Troumpeta, and then on to the traditional village of Sokraki five kilometres away. After a short stop, it will be time to set off for the highest point of Corfu, Pantokrator, for which participants will have to drive though the remote villages of Zigos, Omali and Strinilas.
From the monastery of Pantokrator, there is a 360 degree unobstructed view of the island and across to the Greek mainland. The return journey is along the scenic east coast over stony trails and through olive groves.
