Hotel Owner- Johannes Hofmann
The owner of this beautiful village house, Johannes Hofmann, came to Corfu from Germany in 1990 for a vacation and was so attracted by the village of Ano Korakiana and the way of life there that he never left.He found the 200 year old stone house with a panoramic sea view in the heart of the picturesque mountain village of Ano Korakiana.

The owner rebuilt an old traditional village house which was not more than a ruin and he reconstructed it in the original style with traditional materials. Stones and cypress wood from the area were used to reconstruct them.
