Riviera Barbati is a luxurious complex, providing a high level of comfort. It is a great place from which to watch the rising sun through the morning mist. There are private gardens where guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea.
The Riviera Barbati complex consists of 60 apartments of different sizes. These are grouped into independent units that have two or four apartments each. Each unit has a private garden or a large covered terrace, offering a soothing view of the sea or the surroundings. There is a private parking space outside every unit.
Twenty of the sixty properties, especially the larger ones, are summerhouses. There is a beautiful stretch of parkland between the Riviera Barbati complex and the sea.
The complex houses a regular swimming pool, a children's pool and two restaurants.

Late check out is permitted, if prior permission has been obtained.
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- for cancellations made from seven days or less prior to arrival date - 100% cancellation fee
- for cancellations made from 13 to eight days prior to arrival date - 75% cancellation fee
- for cancellations made from 30 to 14 days prior to arrival date - 50% cancellation fee
- No Show - 100% charge.
