Riza Stone Cottage is a maisonette style freestanding villa, located on a hillock of oak trees, wildflowers and herbs. This impressive four star villa is constructed in stone and brick and has a patio shaded by olive trees. It offers nature lovers and families an ideal getaway from the stress of daily living.
Riza Stone Cottage is an eco-sensitive building made by local stone and timber, with natural agricultural gardens, healthy spring water and a delightful, carefully chosen décor.
The owners offer the guests warm hospitality by welcoming them with fruit and vegetables grown in their own garden and giving small tips for the spectacular countryside which can explore during their stay. All in all, it offers the perfect recipe for a wonderful holiday.
The facilities at the cottage include A/C in both bedrooms, central heating for the whole house, fireplace, TV set, DVD player and CD player in the sitting area, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, first aid kit, baby cot, baby chair, hammock, BBQ corner, outdoor stone oven, outdoor sitting/dining area under the shadow of the trees, parking area and gardens with flowers and seasonal naturally grown vegetables.
Late check out is permitted, if prior permission has been obtained.
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- for cancellations made from seven days or less prior to arrival date - 100% cancellation fee
- for cancellations made from 13 to eight days prior to arrival date - 75% cancellation fee
- for cancellations made from 30 to 14 days prior to arrival date - 50% cancellation fee
- No Show - 100% charge.
